Mage tower wow legion holy paladin5/16/2023 In Legion Timewalking, the Mage Tower will operate similarly to how it did during Legion. According to CM Kaivax, the encounters will not require an Artifact this time around. So what will you be doing in the new Mage Tower? Well, the encounters will be basically the same series of quests ending in the same encounters as before. The new Mage Tower will have the same content rebalanced for the current game This isn’t surprising, because those Artifact appearances were the result of a lot of hard work by players racing to complete the Mage Tower and unlock them before the end of the expansion, and just letting players come along and complete them now wouldn’t feel great for those players - thus the need for a new series of rewards, patterned after the Tier 20 Mythic difficulty armor sets but with distinctive color palettes. And instead of rewarding special Artifact appearances from the Mage Tower, Legion Timewalking will reward these armor sets. In case you don’t remember, the Tier 20 sets were essentially revamps of the original Tier 6 Black Temple/Mount Hyjal raid sets, with higher detail and several color variants. And yes, the rewards are being updated to the various Tier 20 lookalikes that were datamined earlier. I am now pleased to inform you that there is a confirmation from Blizzard that yes, the Mage Tower is returning as part of Legion Timewalking in patch 9.1.5. I did it with some normal SL PvP gear with haste, no gems, no old world enchants, just the bfa flask and some cheap WoD agi pot. When I initially wrote this post, I said it was possible that Tier 20 sets from Tomb of Sargeras would return in some form once patch 9.1.5 goes live and Legion Timewalking brings the 2016 expansion’s content to Shadowlands. This way the bosses will already be pretty low by the time they get other mechanics. The entire fight is DPS fight so if you use consumes it's easy. You can stop bladestorm with sundering too but id rather be on safe side and use capacitor totem for it while saving sundering for Sigryn. The only thing that can kill you is blood of the father if you dont stop it, runes and valkyries who will onehsot if you don't dodge. Kite the melee guy when he gets angry but he won't kill you, you can even use the Astral Shift when you feel like you need to do even more damage. Just drag all 3 of them together while dodging valkyries and stepping on runes. Kick the casts of caster mob, stack them all 3 together and AoE them down. Pop them everything together with lust on start. Get the BfA agi flask, some damage pot like Agi pot, maybe a rune. But this is much harder than just keeping barrier up, kiting as arcane, keeping 1 boss in CC perma, and spamming explosive for 6-8m.ĭid this one on enh. I know some players have felguard tank all 3 and put the slow attack curse up on the 2 that auto attack then just spam heal their pet when needed. I think as demo it takes alot more knowledge of the class to be able to face tank the bosses with your pet. I'm not sure how much harder it'll be at lvl 50, but it doesn't take long to level up to w/e level gives the passive for arcane barrage to return mana. I did do my opener CDs on all 3 before CCing the 1 guy though. It only took me so long because I was trying to brute-force kill all 3. As long as you keep the 3rd guy CC'd the majority of the fight, this is such an easy boss. You basically just keep the other 2 bosses stacked as much as you can by kicking the caster and putting slow on the axe tosser, then just kiting him in circles around the caster while spamming explosion. If you just poly that guy for max duration every time and never break it, the fight is a legit meme. The first 7 pulls I was trying to kill all 3, and the last pull I killed it the first time I CC'd the one that does the aoe roar+valkyr wall.
